Dance Factor is a celebration of dance that brings together some of the feeder schools for Richard Rose Central Academy . These have included; Belah, Belle Vue Juniors, Bishop Harvey Goodwin, Inglewood Juniors, Norman Street and Petteril Bank, Scotby and Upperby PrimarySchools and acts as a showcase for each schools dancers.
Dance Factor is devised by Wendy Boothman, teacher in charge of Dance at Richard Rose Central Academy. Dance Factor allows the students to represent their school and present their piece under professional performance conditions.
Dance Factor is an uplifting and inspirational experience and will hopefully encourage students to enjoy and explore dance further.
Dance Factor 3 will take place on 26th and 27th November 2009. Primary School performances will be on 26th November.
